Silk'n Review: At Home Laser Hair Removal

The Silk'n laser hair removal product is a light based device that has been approved by the FDA for at home laser hair removal. It can be used anywhere below the neck and require multiple treatments over the course of months to achieve the best results.

The device works by applying a pulsed light to disable the hair from growing. The hair absorbs the light and transforms the energy to heat, which in effect zaps the hair away! It should be used only on light to medium skin. As with most at home permanent hair removal products, the product targets the dark so if you have dark skin and light hair, Silk'n won't know what is the hair and can cause burns. Also, the darker your hair, the less treatments you'll need for the permanent hair removal you're looking for.

I've been using it for a month now and it doesn't hurt me, but everyone has their own tolerance for pain. It feels like a warm slapping sensation and hurts less and less everytime you use this at home laser hair removal product. There are different settings, so if it hurts too much you can use it on the most mild setting, but then it will take longer for the permanent hair removal.

I have been using it once every two weeks and will continue to do so until the hair is gone. So far I have used the Silk'n for two treatments and am quite pleased with the results. I've seen considerably less hair where I've used it, and the hair that is growing back is thinner and softer!

The Silk'n can be found all over the internet, and right now it is being sold for a low price of $499 at Sephora. This is the new model, the Silk'n SensEpil and you can buy replacement cartridges for $49, though one cartridge should last for your entire body.

The Silk'n SensEpil comes with a DVD so you can learn how to use it properly to achieve maximum permanent hair removal potential. I like this product a lot and have had amazing results that have exceeded my expectations. I'm a skeptic when it comes to permanent hair removal, but with the Silk'n it seems like a reality. The one downside I can see is that I'll have to keep up with treatments every month or so for a year or two, but I'm willing to do that for permanent hair removal. My sister has been using the Tria for the same time I've been using the Silk'n and my hair is less noticeable and finer than hers, though she has also seen great results.

Permanent hair removal
is no longer a myth, it's becoming a reality for women all over the world. I couldn't be happier when I wake up in the morning and have no shadow on my underarms, or when I got three weeks withough shaving my legs and don't have to feel self conscious.

Come back soon, I'll be reviewing the No!No! hair removal sysytem which is also available as Sephora. Good luck and try out the Silk'n permanent hair removal! You won't be sorry.
